Catching up AGAIN!!!

Another Months is GONE, and here I sit trying to catch up. It has been a crazy month of February, but a very fun one indeed. We have been busy with basketball and scouting events with Jace and Zak, and are gearing up for next months Scouts and Baseball/Soccer. Wow! I still dont know how my parents did it! I love being a mom and it is so enjoyable watching my kids do things that I did, and things that I have not done, Example............SCOUTS!

Jace and Zak have so much fun in scouts. They both have participated in the Pinewood Derby, Zak in August (1st Place) and Jace's was last night. He took second place and it was fun to watch. He was so nervous, it was cute. There were 23 cars, him being #23. He couldnt decide if he wanted to make his car a Michael Jordan car, or a Labron James. He went with the Lebron James colors. Thanks to Uncle Nate and Uncle David for the information on Derby Cars, and for Josh Neuman and Jaime Stiff(Zak's Mom and her boyfriend) for all the help as well. Chris has never been in scouts so this was a fun thing for him to do as well with Jace. They began by just sitting there looking at the block and decided that outside help was necessary. Thats where Josh and Jaime come in. Josh and Jace carved and put the wheeles on Jaces car, Chris and Jace then painted it and put the weights on it. Overall, it was a good success with about 4 people working on the car. What would we have done without all the help? Who knows!
